• Certified Management of Austin was created in 1986 and at that time was one of the only companies in the Austin area managing community associations.  Since 1986 CMA has built a portfolio of communities that we retain year after year.  In May 2008 the company was purchased by Lu Fonteno, an industry veteran. 

• CMA is a medium size, local and family owned business.  Our staff of professionals takes a personal interest in each association we manage.  Currently we employ four full time managers all who hold various designations through CAI, one part-time manager, two office administrators, two accounting/bookkeeping personnel, a maintenance coordinator and one roving maintenance person. 

• We are committed to our clients and therefore our phones are answered and your calls are directed to the assigned manager or staff member that can assist you with your questions or concerns.  Returning calls in the event the manager is unavailable is done so in a timely manner.  You can be assured that you will receive the returned phone call and your issues resolved or researched to your satisfaction.  CMA does not have a black hole customer service bank.  We know our clients and our clients will talk directly with the manager and staff assistants when they need us. 

•Certified Management of Austin, LLC understands the importance of offering our clients the latest in technology. Our new management software program will provide our clients hands on information and reports. Reports may be customized to fit your community and Board members will have access through the web for the latest financial information.

• Certified Management has spent years grooming our vendor base so we can provide our clients with time tested professionals that have your best interest in mind.  We know and use the vendors we recommend to our clients and they too are part of our business and family partnership.
