CMA is a medium size, local and family owned business. Our staff of professionals takes a personal interest in each association we manage. Currently we employ four full time managers all who hold various designations through CAI, two office administrators, accounting bookkeeper, a maintenance coordinator and one roving maintenance person.
We are committed to our clients and therefore our phones are answered and your calls are directed to the assigned manager or staff member that can assist you with your questions or concerns. Returning calls in the event the manager is unavailable is done so in a timely manner. You can be assured that you will receive the returned phone call and your issues resolved or researched to your satisfaction. CMA does not have a black hole customer service bank. We know our clients and our clients will talk directly with the manager and staff assistants when they need us.
